Dear PEB Vendors,
thanks for your proposals. here is what I have to say..
I'm expecting a lumpsum quote (all inclusive, material, 12 turbo fans, skylight, 2 canopys, labour, erection, transportation, all sorts of taxes etc..) of 25 tons at Rs 72K per ton = 18 lacs..
I got a hard constraint on budget that is max 18 lacs all inclusive.. no hidden items please..
the overall amount payable will be the lesser of the two formula.
Amount payable = Tons X Rs 72K or 18 Lacs - whatever is less.
Make sure its all inclusive per ton rate or max 18 lacs whatever is less..
The structure should withstand jodhpur winds and rains and I want warranty for atleast 5 years.. I do NOT want to see water leakage thru the joints or the structure or roof flying away during winds.. its my hard earned money..
I'm expecting good quality material and world class workmanship... and extremely fair transaction...
and comfortable with following payment terms, something like below.. rest assured..
50K advance as order confirmation
50K on once I approve the GA drawings..
50K on delivery of anchor bolts
50K on installation of anchor bolts under your supervision
300K on despatch of all materials from your factory
200K on erection of primary members
200K on erection of remaining stuff
(remaining amount minus 5%) - on all full completion, joint satisfactory inspection, final handover etc.
final 5% on completion of warranty period..(post dated cheque)

I'm looking for a competitive bid (rate per KG or ton, all inclusive, lumpsum), for a PEB jodhpur. The foundation work is in progress.. got 6 feet deep footing that is 6X6 feet, and 15"X24" RCC column pedastals till plinth level. we plan to have 10 feet brick wall, inside the steel colums. I need to finalize the PEB vendor in next 7 days and would need the delivery of anchor bolts at the earliest.
